Zagreb, December 18, 2023 – In a perpetual pursuit of building trust in the Croatia Airlines brand and recognizing the value of quality domestic brands, as well as the strength of collaboration, the review management platform Fast Review and the national airline Croatia Airlines sign a business collaboration agreement.
Aligning with industry trends and relevant research, experts at Croatia Airlines are aware that 79 percent of customers trust online reviews as much as personal recommendations. Moreover, 9 out of 10 customers read reviews before purchasing a product or service. Therefore, they see added value in partnering with Fast Review – a platform born out of genuine necessity. With Fast Review, customers can access various content and leave a review in under 10 seconds while their impressions are still fresh, contributing their insights about a specific service or product to others.

In the Croatian market, they collaborate with domestic companies such as Liburnia hotels, Suncani Hvar, Amadria, Losinj Hotels & Villas, Kempinski, Museum of Illusions, and CarWiz, and as of today, with Croatia Airlines as well.
